Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant with a versatile character.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
a)      Administration :

  • Assist the President of the company
  • Management of administrative files : organize, classify and file electronic and paper documentation
  • Composition of letters and dictation (French and English)
  • General office tasks: reception, mailing, supplies, other.

b)      Accounting/ Bookkeeping :

  • Manage accounts-payable
  • Preparation of monthly invoicing

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience working as an office secretary / administrative assistant
  • Training in bookkeeping or equivalent experience
  • Excellent writing / proof-reading skills
  • Essential to be fully-bilingual
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Rigourous, organized, bright, independent, with strong interpersonal skills who works well as part of a team

Salary : $40-45k per annum
