Active in property development and management, Iber Immobilier has been established in Canada for many years. During this time, our real estate developments  and management of the group’s activities have been concentrated in Montreal.

Iber Immobilier currently manages a broad portfolio of real estate assets including hotels, apartment hotels, commercial and office buildings as well as residential properties at various stages.

Our projects include the Hotel St-Paul, the first boutique-design hotel in Montreal, and the Wilson Building. The transformation of the Hotel St-Paul building, previously known as the Canadian Express, immediately propelled this building to the forefront of the Montreal hotel industry and was awarded numerous international design awards.

The restoration and redevelopment of the Wilson building into commercial and office space has given new life to a prominent historic building located between the Quartier International and Old Montreal sectors.
